Curtis Rosemond is a native of El Paso, Texas. He moved to Las Cruces in 1999. Rosemond is a long term community leader and businessman. He has a long history with Chambers. He served as Chairman of the Board for the Greater Las Cruces Chamber and for the past two years as Vice President of the Las Cruces Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, before being hired for his current position as President and CEO. He recently retired from Walmart, where he served as the Store Director for 30 years. He is the Director of Operations for VIP Southwest Services and Tours. He is the Executive Advisor to the NM Office of African American Affairs and serves as the President for the Doña Ana County NAACP Branch. Rosemond has served and continue to serve on numerous boards that help make our community the best place to live.
Sebastian Orozco is a current full time student at New Mexico State University. He is currently pursuing a degree in Geological Science. Originally from San Diego California , Sebastian has been with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce since September 2016.

Rosa Watson is currently a full-time student seeking a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications at New Mexico State University. Originally from Hobbs, New Mexico, Rosa has been working with the Las Cruces Hispanic Chamber of Commerce since September of 2016.
